Payment Options

We accept Paypal payments from an existing PayPal account balance, bank account transfers, and credit card payments. We won't be able to see your bank and credit card information which makes it is the safest and secure way to buy things online ! You don't need an account either ! Return Policy:

Damaged or Lost items

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final however here are some exceptions and answers to common customer debacles:

MOOi LLC is not responsible for wrong Addresses provided by the customer: In the RARE case that we shipped your jewel to an incorrect address that was provided by you and was sent back to us, we will simply contact you and charge you a shipping fee to resend the jewel.

MOOi LLC is not responsible for items damaged during shipment: In the RARE case that a jewel has been damaged during shipment please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the jewel and we will handle the situation accordingly.

Domestic Orders

Previously made items- First class mail with tracking ( unless stated otherwise or different shipping was requested ) :4-6 days (from receiving and being aware of the request, to item being prepared, the item being shipped, and received by the customer)

Made to order/Custom items- First class mail with tracking ( unless stated otherwise or different shipping was requested ) :7-12 days (From receiving and being aware of the request, The item being entirely completed, shipped, and received by the customer)

International Orders

Previously made items- First class mail with tracking ( unless stated otherwise or different shipping was requested ): 1 week-2 weeks (from receiving and being aware of the request, to item being prepared, the item being shipped, and received by the customer)

Made to order/Custom items- First class mail with tracking ( unless stated otherwise or different shipping was requested ) :2-3 weeks (From receiving and being aware of the request, The item being entirely completed, shipped, and received by the customer)

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
